1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and EASTERN GAS TRANSMISSION AND STORAGE, INC, concerning your access to and use of our logistics services. We're committed to providing professional transit solutions under these defined parameters.
Why do we prioritise these terms? Clear documentation ensures that both the carrier and the client have a mutual understanding of liability and service expectations from the moment of pickup to final delivery. By using our site or services, you're confirming that you've read and understood these obligations.
2. Freight & Transit Protocols
Our commitment to logistics excellence requires 17 years of operational precision. All cargo transportation initiated through EASTERN GAS TRANSMISSION AND STORAGE, INC is subject to our current capacity and equipment availability. We don't guarantee specific transit times unless explicitly stated in a signed service level agreement (SLA). Transit rates are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination requirements.
3. Warehousing & Storage Fees
Clients utilizing our warehouses for freight transportation agree to comply with our safety and inventory management standards. We believe in transparency; therefore, storage fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Any hazardous materials must be disclosed prior to arrival at our facility located at 445 WEST MAIN STREET CLARKSBURG. Failure to disclose specific cargo requirements may result in the immediate termination of the storage agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
How does EASTERN GAS TRANSMISSION AND STORAGE, INC handle claims? Our liability for any loss or damage during forwarding and shipping is limited to the industry-standard carrier limits unless additional insurance is purchased. We won't be held responsible for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, or other Force Majeure events beyond our direct control. It's your responsibility to ensure goods are packaged adequately for transit.

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of West Virginia. EASTERN GAS TRANSMISSION AND STORAGE, INC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
